Inviting users, permissions, two factor authentication and selling countries.

Team, roles and account settings

The Merchant section of the portal is where you manage who has access to your account, what they are allowed to do, and account wide settings such as security requirements, selling countries and custom payment logos.

Inviting team members

1. Go to Merchant > Users.
2. The Active users table shows everyone with access to this merchant account, their email, their role, and whether they have 2FA enabled.
3. Under Invite, fill in the person's first name, surname and email address, choose a Role (Admin or User by default, or any custom role you have created), and click Invite user.
4. The invited person receives an email to set up their own login for the merchant account.

Account settings

Go to Merchant > Settings to configure account wide options:

• Two-Factor Authentication: turn on Require two-factor authentication for all users to force every user on the account to set up 2FA the next time they log in. You must have 2FA enabled on your own user first (see User settings, available from the gear icon in the top bar) before you can enable this account wide requirement.
• Selling Countries: view the countries your account is currently enabled for, and add new ones with Add country. After adding a country, remember to also enable and display the payment methods you want to offer there, under Payment methods > Configuration and Payment methods > Display.
• Custom payment logos: upload your own logo (PNG or SVG, up to 400KB; PNGs should have a transparent background) to use for payment methods that support custom or white-label branding.

Your personal user settings

Click the gear icon in the top right of the portal to reach User settings, where each user manages their own:

• User details: first and last name.
• Two-factor authentication: enable or disable 2FA on your own login.
• Sign out of the portal.
