Conversion

The conversion funnel tries to visualize the drop-offs between the different steps in the checkout. The first part of the funnel is the first interaction as explained above in the `Checkout conversion` paragraph. The second part is how many customers have successfully submitted company details, either by search or manually depending on your checkout flow. The third part is how many of these customers have successfully submitted their billing details, and the final step shows how many customers out of those that made it this far completed their purchase.

Mismatches of orders in the funnel compared to the KPI Orders widget

If you’re looking at the conversion funnel and have selected today as the time span, the total amount of orders may differ from the KPI widget that shows orders for this time span. This is usually because a customer may have started their checkout multiple days ago, but not completed it until today.
